Great option
Loving it so far! They keyboard and trackpad both work well. The track pad is a little choppy, especially when it comes to dragging icons around, but overall I am very happy with it anyways. It works perfectly for scrolling and multitasking.Love that the keyboard is backlit, and has different led colors to pick from. It also feels nice to the touch, as the whole thing is matte soft plastic.I personally could do without the strap, but it would be great to keep an apple pencil attached in a bag.I think the case looks and feels super close to the official option for less than half the price.I also am very impressed with the battery life so far. I was hesitant to leave it on with the case closed, but it seems to have an auto shutoff, or sleep feature because I havent charged it or turned it off in 3 days now and it still has about 95% charge. Its also nice that its battery life shows up in the widget.Mu only complaint so far is the minor trackpad issues and I feel like the magnets could be slightly stronger. Sometimes when I adjust the volume I push the ipad slighty off the magnets.Overall I highly recommend this product.

Does it’s Job Plus Some
This keyboard works great for the price. With the Apple Magic Keyboard costing either 200-350 dollars, this is a great alternative for the price of 105 dollars. The keyboard itself is great. The set-up was easy with very intuitive instructions that are front and center the moment you open the product. The keyboard is sleek and modern looking with a great strap to keep you Apple Pencil secured while it charges. This keyboard is also very comfortable to type on. The keys have good travel to feel like you are pressing down onto a solid button. Keys are also very quiet. No louder than a MacBook from 10 years ago. When it comes to the protection of your iPad, this thing should have you covered. To be clear: this will not protect from large drops. Ten feet or more would probably cause damage. I am not going to test it.Overall, this keyboard has comfort, looks, options, and shortcuts that are conveniently located at the top. If you are looking for a functional and well-made attachable keyboard, look no further than ESR’s 13 inch case keyboard.

Good but too early to tell
lighted keyboardReceived quickly today for iPad Air M3 (13). Was using an Apple Magic Keyboard for m1 iPad Pro that is 5 years old. Reason for purchase was to have the function keys, lighted keyboard, and a black cover that the new Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad Air does not have (Only in white with Apple)First impressions.1. Keyboard keys feel good.2. Nice to have a lighted keyboard3. Battery status shows up in iPadOS Battery widget4. Have seen complaints about weight. To me the weight is very similar to my m1magic keyboard I was using, did not do an official weight, but did not notice a major difference.5. Also saw comments that note the magnets are weak, I did not see see this on the unit I received6. Cost -at 1/3 the price of Apple’s unit I get al the features I was looking for, lighted keyboard, black color7. Using Bluetooth for the connection vs, the 3 dots that apple uses, I have not noticed any lag in typing or moving the pointer8. Love the Apple Pencil holder for when it is not chargingCons:1. Lack of documentation: The QR code in the box went to a dead page on their site-Shame2. If you dig around their site you find a page by process of elimination that is the product but no videos (Says videos are coming) or just very general FAQ, not specific to the product3. Would like to be able to purchase a keyboard membrane to keep dirt out of the innards but have no clue what make to use.4. When you close the keyboard the keyboard lights look like they remained on, so I ended up powering down the keyboard. Using the power button. Would like to know if it sleep eventually when the keyboard is closed or not.Unknowns:1. Durability- have seen some reviews where they note the keys have fallen off after a year. I have no clue, but my Apple Keyboard from the M1 Pro is 5 years old with ) issues.2. Battery Life. With the keyboard not pulling power from the iPad as the Magic Keyboard does, I am hoping I get a little more time out of the iPad. I also do not know how long the charge will hold on the keyboardOnce again the price point is why I took a gamble on this. Out of the box it feels good and performs well. Lack of documentation on their website is a problem for a company like ESR which is being advertised so heavily on YouTube with tech people.

Awesome - Get This One!
This is an awesome little keyboard for the iPad 10th and 11th gen. The keyboard feels plenty spacious with all of the required keys and the touchpad is larger and higher quality than other keyboard cases I have tried. I love that the touchpad clicks anywhere, not just along the bottom edge. That’s a huge plus for me.The sensitivity is also fantastic, with no false inputs to speak of and no input lag from the touchpad. I’ve tried other cases that all had slight input lag on the touchpad and none of that is an issue here. The keys feel great, with great travel and bounce back. The typing experience is awesome. I also really enjoy the click feedback of the touchpad, which is also nice. It’s a nice, firm, deep click.Out of the box, the hinge in the back is a little stiff, so you might open it for the first time and think “what the heck, this angle is terrible” but stick with it. It breaks in over time and once it does, you can get a really nice range of viewing angles with it - and tilt it much farther back than when it is brand new. Let it break in!No complaints from me - I love this thing. Battery life is also no problem - it lasts multiple full days of use in my experience using it for work and also for creative writing in my off hours.
