So pretty! And delighted with the size. Was searching for a packpack of similar size to what I was replacing, so this was perfect. Zipper is covered with large hem, which I'm sure is to prevent rain/water getting into the bag, but it's a little too wide so makes opening pack harder than it should be.Also wanted a double-zip bag - zipper only works on one side, so disappointed about that.This is an update to my review of October 23rd. As other people have mentioned I was also having problems with the zipper and after inquiring, Amazon informed that it was past the thirty days to return or exchange it.(though I had not used it for thirty days)Following day I received a message from the seller LUCKYZ.Zack offered to replace the backpack for free. I can only say I'm impressed with this kind of customer service. I received the replacement backpack and hoping the zipper on this one does not split open. I really love the product and since it comes in over a dozen designs, I will order again for myself or as gifts as long as the zipper on this one holds. Thank you Zack!

These are so nice in quality, so much better than I thought.

i am a nurse and i tend to carry lots of stuff since i always want to come prepared. this bag fits my lunchbox, my rain essentials (raincoat, umbrella, plastic shoe covers), water bottle, small make up purse, wallet, taser, multiple pens and other nursing supplies without a problem. it is durable, i have been using it for a month or so and so far i haven't had any issues. it's roomy, and the front pocket carry my keys and other stuff easily. the design is pretty too. the back part and the straps are cushioned so it is comfortable on the shoulders and back. overall this is a quality product.

The media could not be loaded. Love this! Great print and lots of room on the inside. It holds my 13.5 inch laptop with room to spare. There is also a pouch on the inside for your laptop that is padded and has the strap to hold it in place. Shoulder straps are padded and comfortable. Would definitely purchase again!

Great product. Its strong durable and a great bag pack either for a teen age girl or woman. The material is very thick , true to size , storage capacity on point very spacious . I love the colour very attractive and is a great value for your money
