I almost bought a different hanging planter, and I'm so glad I didn't. Not only are the colors vibrant, the size perfect for the balcony bar spacing, and the hook stable, but these things have drain holes with removable plugs. The base you see in the photo actually secures to the pot by plugging three drain holes. This is perfect for me, since I wanted to bring the herbs inside in winter time just to keep them alive so thet we're ready to thrive again in spring. Starting from seed takes too long, and the garden stores don't stock up full grown herb plants until well after the last thaw. Not a problem for me anymore!

1 plastic planter for $22 is way too much. By the description, I thought I was getting a "pack" of planters. The planter is ok but I can get them much cheaper. My fault. Should have read the questions people wrote in because that's the only place that mentions it's one planter.

We bought 10 of these pots in different colors to hang off our kitchen deck for herbs. They are made of a thick, high quality plastic that withstands outdoor weather, are large enough for one large herb plant each, and hang straight enough that dirt or water does not spill out the side. The bottom pops off, allowing access to the drainage holes, so we don't have to worry about natural rain flooding the roots. Our balcony looks colorful and the herbs are thriving this season!

Absolutely love them. Bought them for my mother in law. She lives in a senior living facility and has a back porch, they are perfect for her herbs. She can lift them herself to work on them, bring them in at winter time...Then I loved them and bought more!!! When they are back in stock, I want every color!!

Not a fan at all. I actually just looked into returning but the window is closed. The needed holes drilled into them and none of my flowers are growing at all in them, they just are too small and they lean too far forward so once you water, all the dirt slides out.

Perfect for my camping culinary herbs! I planted 2 chives and a parsley.I can hook it on the balcony at home and on somethibg else at camp. Also sits flat on a surface. Sturdy quality plastic. Nice color. The bottom clips back on over the drainage holes so no drips in the car.

My fence top is a bit wide so they don't hang completely straight but it's not a problem as they don't fall off. I ordered 2 different colors and they look super cute with flowers in them. Brightens up my fence.

Love these hook pots. iI own all 7 colors. very sturdy and nice thick resin plastic. Not made with cheap thin plastic. Definite must buy for your deck!

Wish I could have ordered more. It's perfect for my balcony!
