Right off the bat, I was able to lift the package to another location without too much exertion. Once I found a place to open it because I was so excited to test out the bike. It took me about 1.5 hours from opening to ride time. The instruction manual was straight forward. Make sure you open the box right side up (hint: look at the logo on the box). The packaging was very well done as you may wonder how to get a bike with many components delivered to your house without damage, well, lets just say lots of ties and foam. But the garbage was minimal, about one medium sized garbage bag and the rest recyclable cardboard.The valve stem was tricky at first but once I figured out how it worked it was easy, ask a bike guy or search it up on youtube. No problems with installing the parts and no missing parts. A bike stand would be a bonus but I leaned it up against something. Putting on the front tire would be easier with two people but I managed. Alignments were great and the front tire rolls without a wobble.It is not as heavy as some other E-bikes I have ridden. The fenders work well to protect you from water and mud and the rear rack is very convenient for storage. I use this to get around the city I live in and it makes the longer commutes much easier.Love the EV bike movement and hopefully your community will promote bike safety as a form of transportation. Don’t forget your helmet! and ride safely. Get your serial number and insurance people. Overall 5 stars.

I have both the CB1 and CB2. Loved the CB1 some much I bought the CB2. CB2 has the integrated battery which makes it look more like a traditional bike. The CB2 seems to have a little higher handlebar setup which I like. Both bikes are identical in ride and performance and very easy to ride. I would recommend this bike, CB2, over the CB1 for just a few more dollars.As with most Ebikes the settings on the control panel are hard to figure out and as I found most are not what the manual has in them. Internet search led me to the right settings to optimize the bike. It works great with the default settings but if you want to customize you need to understand the P codes and their values.I would buy again.

This is a BLAST! This bike has been so fun to have and I could not be happier. It was super easy to assemble and came with everything I needed which I was very grateful for. I couldn’t wait to hop on it and went out for a ride that very day.The different assist levels are super helpful as well in case you want to mainly pedal for a workout and just have some slight assistance or if you really just want the bike to zoom you away you can do that too!We took it for about a 16 mile ride and I think only ONE of the battery level bars decreased so the battery life is stellar.It has a super smooth ride and the built in horn and headlight are great to have. It takes about 5 hours for a full charge which is no problem! Just charge it at night when you’re done using it. I would love to have another one for my girlfriend to ride along with me.The power is incredible too. We rode it up a decently steep hill and with the assist it was no problem at all!I have no complaints about the bike and would highly recommend it as I’ve now gone on a handful of rides with zero issue! Super satisfied!

First ebike ev-ah and oh man am I impressed! Easy to put together, follow the video, pause at each step, takes 35ish minutes. Quick acceleration to about 10mph or so, start peddling and it'll kick it up to 21mph sustained. I've never really needed more than 2 assist. Very heavy bike, don't be fooled omg, but has a good manual gearing in it that I'd never walk before riding the thing. Make sure the tires are inflated correctly or a little over to get better milage and easier peddling. I'd love to know how to get a second battery. If i remember I'll report back on mileage per charge.

awsome power nice equipment!!!!! But BEWARE , it says mayey places that settings can undue 21 mph speed limit ( nice is is its mandated thru use of bikes regular cruise control so no cut out back on again) but newer 2025 models have most settings locked out HARD! my 3rd ebike i know all about magnet sesors but this off dam hall signal ! need hard ware fer dis one boys. worth it tho!! from power i recieve it would go 28 mph with me peddling no problem! but do not hesitate to buy this bike!!!! 21.5mph is fast on bike! this is nice machine and tricking the speed with new display or dongle purchase is well worth spending on when bike is worth any upgrade u want. last year u could go settings and up speed to 28 mph and i would have gave this $500 purchase solid five stars!!! but with such popularity of this bike platform and laws in every state and other country changing and the insurance required to sell such product too expensive unless factory equipment must be replaced / hard alteration (not push button easy!) to go beyond 21 mph. this will be case on all 500$ ebikes because the 28 mph the class 3 limit and u must cary illegal vehicle death insurance making the bike 500 more just for push button speed limit raise, but STILL SPEED RESTRICTERD 28 MPH CLASS 3. So if i gotta replace display and mod the shunt anyway might as well take best deal in world or the most u could ever buy with $500.00 and get and amazon peak 1000 watt e-bike!!!!!!!!

I really love this ebike! This is the perfect bike for commuting or riding around town. First of all this bike is quick, even in mode one or two out of five it accelerated extremely well. The frame design allows for getting on and off easily. Plus the seat height and handlebar position can be adjusted for comfort. I like that the front wheel has a quick release which allows it to be removed for security or storage. Same for the battery that comes with a key to unlock for easy removal to be charged at home or at work. I plan to add a few accessories like a cell phone holder and a crate that would fit well on the included rear carrier. So far I'm really enjoying this ebike and highly recommend it! Is this better:
