This backpack was my personal item when traveling in Europe (home of the pickpockets). I felt secure traveling with it because of all the adjustable straps and the fact that the main compartment closed with a drawstring and is covered by the top flap. My first 2,000 steps in Rome was done while wearing this backpack in 90 degree heat along cobblestones. Very comfortable!If you prefer backpacks with lots of pockets for organizing every little thing, this might not be your best choice. There is 1 main pocket w/laptop sleeve, 1 pocket on the top flap, 1 small pocket in front, 2 bottle holders. If you're ok with that then buy it now!You can really stuff this thing! I packed a Dyson airwrap, iPad, extra crossbody, Owala, toiletry bag, chargers, and snacks. Even with all the weight, it was comfortable.

So so good! Beautifully built, super comfortable, solid zips, simple design, sturdy as hell and looks a classic. Ridiculous to be sold at these $50 price points. Great for a vacation pack and though I got mine in black, I’m quite sure the more adventurous colors look even better. The side pockets are easy to access and the pouches on top and in front are very helpful. Not too many nooks and crannies, helps give more volume actually, should you need to stuff that additional jacket in the back. Decently weather resistant. Proud of walking around with my piece. Sexier than my Tumi, no kidding.

Great quality. It is a great bag to fit a computer and maybe a couple of books but not much bigger. I use it to carry my laptop and my lunch and a few other small items. If you are looking for something that you can take over the road, I wouldn’t suggest this backpack necessarily. But if you were going to take one outfit, it may do the trick.

Simple design that works. Looks great as a casual or a work bag. It fits all my electronic I need for the office. Highly recommend!

Nothing wrong at all. High quality. Lack of a chest strap was my only complaint.

The picture in the description doesn't do the bag justice. The top half of the bag has the appearance of a paper bag in both color and that it is slightly crumpled. The fabric reflects the light and looks even more dramatic in a low light setting. I love the contrasting fabric on the bottom, with the color of the straps. I have it hanging on my bedroom doorknob because it is a piece of art! I bought the pack for a flight I am taking that has a smaller than usual personal item size requirement. What I like about this pack is that the straps will allow me to shrink the size of the pack a bit to fit the flight requirements, and then while I'm on the trip I can expand it to fit my needs. The outside pockets are handy. I like that Topo has not added padding to the interior laptop pocket. I'm not bring a laptop on my trip and don't want the extra weight and space robbing of unnecessary padding. We will see how the pack performs on my trip. I might be back to add additional details.

Pricey but holds so much and I love the drawstring, avoids the issue of broken zippers which is what I was buying a replacement for.

Very sturdy, light but also comfortable to carry. If you don’t carry a whole lot of stuff, there’s more than enough room. Laptop pocket is deep with nice cushion for protection. I like the material and I chose black for versatility.I love it. Highly recommend!
