These NightTime Sleeps aids work well,they appear to be safe and non-addictive..I got them for my Momma who has trouble sleeping and they seem to work well; only 1 or half a dose helped her sleep like a baby !

This stuff works great. I only take half.

It's a sleep aid. It is the same ingredient as the grocery and pharmacy store brands, at a decent price point. I don't use it every night, as it can make you feel drowsy in the mornings. It does make my mouth dry, but mostly gets the job done.
