I want to know if these ones meat and all are from the usa , cause there was a recall on these ! i want pure usa no china

A: Produced in Spanish Fork, Utah USA. My Chihuahua LOVES the "Steak Grillers" so much that he stopped eating any other treats! I bought the "Chicken Meatballs" but he doesn't like them nearly as much. I give him 1.5 every day total, .5 every time he goes out side to use the bathroom. My issue is, I wish the fiber content was higher. I had to start making his dog food because one, he doesn't throw it up, two it has plenty of fiber so he doesn't get anal gland issues...and 3, its a lot cheaper than even the expensive dog food with a higher fiber content. So I guess its OK if the fiber is only 3% but ya, 5% would be a lot better but you never see that. see less

Did anyone notice onions listed in the ingrediants?? Onions are toxic for dogs

All forms of onion are toxic to dogs, cooked/raw processed, fried, powdered, all of it is in fact toxic to dogs. Refer to American Kennel Club. Also, it has garlic in it. Don't let anyone tell you that it is not toxic to dogs, especially if they use 'we've always done it" as evidence.

Don';t buy these. Even after made in USA, the junk they are made of can come from China or anywhere. In addition, after the information I left in review yesterday, it's surprising Amazon is still selling them. I checked with my dog's vet today and again was told they are dangerous. Even the ones after last years recall, can be made of anything. "Chicken" can be true but what parts of the chicken is the problem. There were instances of this brand not being cut up properly and part of the chicken's thyroid was left in the bird. So much thyroid ended up in the finished product that dogs were having disease related to thyroid hormone. There were cases of kidney failure due to this and some dogs got better and some died. If the company does any business in China, that means you cannot trust the food product. It is too bad because my dog likes them but I will not give him any more. They went into the garbage.
