I regularly use magnesium creams and oils on my feet to successfully treat restless legs, so thought I would dry these patches to see if they would improve my sleep.You get 32 patches in a resealable bag inside a box. The patches have a pretty design on them and smell very pleasantly of Lavender.The idea is to stick a patch on either your pillow or night clothes. The listing does mention skin, but do not think this is correct, besides once I have put my body lotion on, they will not stick anyway.Firstly, I tried them on my nightclothes, but when I awoke in the morning could not find the patch because it had come off in the night. I then tried it on my pillow and could smell it when I was facing it. The only problem is that, as a restless sleeper, I toss and turn and half the time am not facing the patch to get the beneficial effects. In any event, I noticed no difference in my sleep pattern.At the current price of £8.54 for a month’s worth of patches, they are worth a try, but don’t expect miracles.

The lavender coconut scent is subtle but calming. Unlike oral supplements, no digestive issues. Woke up without grogginess. After 2 weeks of consistent use, my sleep tracker shows more deep sleep cycles.
