Size of the heatwrap is long for my knee but it did not lessen the effectiveness. Heat level was wonderful and soothed my sore muscles follow knee replacement. The wrap does not stay in place when walking. I added an adhesive band that alleviated the slippage.

These work great when you need heat on your knee. Doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong so I was trying everything just to find out I had a septic knee that couldn't be fixed by any product, but it does work great and will probably fit almost anyone. I had to wrap the straps all the way around and I'm not a small guy.

Did not get the result as expected

I’ve been using Thermacare for knee pain, and it really works. The heat feels great and helps relax my muscles—it’s not just warm, it actually feels therapeutic. Each wrap lasts for hours (up to 8!), so I get relief throughout the day. I also love how thin and flexible they are—I can wear one under my clothes, whether I’m at home or out running errands. Super convenient and definitely helps with comfort and mobility.

I’ve used 2 of the 4 that came with the order. It’s not hard to get around your knee but if you have to walk very far it slips down. I put it on very snug but the movement just causes it to slip. I’m not real impressed with the heat that comes from it either. I have a temperature gun and used it on the black beads. It pretty consistently reads low to mid-80’s F. I can get better heat from a reusable hot/cold pack or heating pad. A plus is the convenience and size, but heat level is not great.

The ONLY good thing about this wrap is the proven warmth of the heat cells and the 8+hours of relieving comfort they provide. But they do not fit well at all. The heated part doesn't conform well to the knee shape and there is NO ADHESIVE...big mistake. There is a bit of velcro on the end of each of the bands that are meant to go around the leg to hold it in place. They do have a small section which stretches, but, for me, the top has to be stretched TIGHT in order to reach, which then cuts into my leg; the bottom one is too large & loose to hold it securely to the leg. This does NOT stay in place when you walk or even move. I couldn't even doctor it to stay by adding medical tape. I had very high hopes for this product and I am so disappointed that I will not be buying these wraps again. I'm going to see if I can use the last 3 for other areas because this cost far too much to use only one of the four and throw away. No, without a major redesign, I do not recommend these as they are now. Don't waste your money.

I injured my ACL and after the swelling went down, these were great with helping out with the pain relief. Im plus size with thick legs and these fit perfect still. They hold up all day and by bedtime it was still hot.

Such a great product ! There’s nothing crazy has to be done. I just took the product out, heat got activated by air and I just applied it to my knee! That’s it! I felt some warmth on the knee heating pads even the next day! This product works and I highly recommend it!
