Great Boot!!
Where do I start, I bought my first pair of identical boots at a camping store seven years ago. So the fact that I found them again and they haven’t changed the style says something. They are the perfect weight, not too heavy your light. Great ankle protection. I also wear a custom orthotic, I like that I could take out the insert easily and slide my orthotic in. Great value for the money!!! It is great for traction, super comfortable and I love the metal eyelets. The laces are round so I technically double knot. I was on Hunt for the same boot. I was so happy to be able to find them online as I had searched 4 other stores prior to looking on Amazon Can’t say enough this boot is AWESOME!! It is also waterproof.

Favorite All Around Hiking Boots
This is my second pair of Timberland boots. My other ones are the White Ledge style. Like those, this pair is comfortable out of the box. Roomy enough in the toe but not so loose that my feet slip around while I'm on a mountain trail. Because they're waterproof, they also work well around the barn. Attractive enough to wear with leggings and jeans without looking clunky. Fit true to size. As a suggestion, learn your European shoe size and go by that when choosing boots.

Hiking Boots WITHOUT a non-slip sole!??
For the love of God....why would anyone make a pair of hiking boots that do not have slip resistant soles? Seems ridiculous to me!! I have never personally owned a pair of hiking boots before. But I would have thought that feature would be AUTOMATIC! If you are climbing over rocks and hills and the like, I would imagine that it could get pretty slippery. Upon further reading it seems to be a toss up as to whether hiking boots are non-slip or not. This is my first pair and I do not hike. I bought them for work. I work in a refrigerator/freezer all day with food. It often gets slippery on the cement floor (which also tends to be very wet from the "iced foods" that come in daily.) There is absolutely no slip resistance whatsoever on these boots. As a matter of fact...it doesn't take much at all to be "skating". There are metal drains in the floors that do stay wet from condensation. I can't tell you how many times I have almost "kissed cement" when I have stepped on those drains. Or if I have stepped on a piece of fruit. So I ALWAYS have to be very conscious of where I step or what I step on. I don't have time to walk like I am on egg shells all day so I am not thrilled. Other than that I guess they are pretty comfortable. They could definitely use more cushion! I bought a pair of those gel insoles, unfortunately once they are in there is not a whole lot of room for your foot. Even when I loosen the laces it still feels like my foot is being squeezed in there. So out they came. I needed boots in a hurry as my last pair had seen their day. I thought Timberland was a good boot. I had a pair of Timberland work boots many years ago that were like walking on clouds. I've tried several pairs since then and they are so uncomfortable. I bought a pair when I bought these and returned them because it was like having boards strapped to my feet. No cushion whatsoever! So I would have to say that I will not be in any hurry to buy Timberland anything anymore...because they have "CHEAPED OUT." They are no where near worth what they charge. ***UPDATE*** I received these boots in June. It is now December and I already NEED new boots. The rubber is all pulling away from the boot. They look like hell. And while I am aware that my job can get messy...these boots look like they are 10 years old after only 6 months. Save your money. I have read several reviews about Timberland on Amazon. Many have said that the received FAKE Timberlands. For all I know I did too. I have had $25 boots hold up better than these!! GARBAGE!

Get these babies!! I love them!
Absolute great quality fit perfectly and you can wear them with so many different pants styles. I wore them trucking through Alaska and they are completely water proof, easy to clean off no stains from mud or grass. Definitely worth the purchase and they look super cute!! Match many of my outfits with the different browns and tans

Item Runs Small but Great Boot!
Nice looking boot by Timberland. I got it as an xmas gift for my girlfriend. She wears size 9 usually but we had to go up a size 9.5 as timberland brand tends to run small. She does have a wider foot so these were a bit too tight for her. They did not offer wides, so I returned these and am getting her the men’s size as they have an option for wide. Overall it’s a great comfortable boot if you have average width feet though! Very nice design and keep your feet warm. I wear a different style of women’s timberlands and they’re great! ** boot pictured is NOT this boot being sold, just wanted to show what a different style in a Women’s timberland looks like

Awesome fit, terrible sole life
I bought these boots in Dec 2024, for some hikes I planned to do over the summer, based on the reviews I read here. I absolutely love the fit, comfort and support these boots provide. However, 3 months of breaking in the boots, walking the dog on suburban pavement, have worn out the tread down to almost nothing along sections of the sole. I’m slipping and sliding all over wet terrain, now that it’s summer. Completely disappointed in the quality of these boots. Buyers beware.

Second pair, great hiking boot!
I bought my first pair at REI after getting a fitting. I tried on more expensive brands but these fit my slightly narrow feet best, and while leather, they are lightweight so as not to weigh you down. They were comfortable right away but I did find they needed a little breaking in before a 12-15 mile hike. I learned this the hard way and got a blister on my toe. But none after! The boots have been on 4 Grand Canyon multi day backpacking trips, walked in many creeks, and climbed up many rocky rocky terrain. They did really well on ice while hiking last April in the Grand Canyon. I have wore mine at least a couple hundred miles and after a year and half had to retire them. They are super sturdy but I just wore them out. Just got a new pair, they look so nice, time to start getting them ready for serious hiking. If you have a wide foot, not for you. If you need a cushiony feel, not for you. They are very comfortable, and even after 5 days of wearing them while backpacking, my feet never hurt. I also wasn’t quickly slipping in to sliders and out of them as other hikers were at the campgrounds. I wear a size 9 in hiking boots because of steep terrain and the same for these.
