I don't know what this does for neuropathy, but it has healed my cracked heels and softened my feet. I use it once a day in the morning, just before putting on socks. Just be careful when getting in the shower, because it makes your feet slippery. The smell is a bit strong (likely due to the menthol), but not unpleasant-and I don't like menthol. The cream is thick, but easy to rub in completely. I haven't had any foot cramps since I've started using this cream. You do have to wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream. You do not want to use this on your face or anywhere around your eyes.

Feels luxurious going on, so smooth feels like its whipped and smells great. This is the first neuropathy lotion that I've used that has worked on my pain and it is so pleasant to your senses and so calming. Today was the 2nd time that I have used it and I was able to get a good night sleep without the numbing,burning, stabbing pain in my feet and it even made the pain in my fingers go away. I rarely write reviews unless the product is either really bad or really good and to my delight, this product has been really good for me. I received it on 11/29/2025 and immediately applied it to the area I have neuropathy on my outer thigh. To my utter surprise within minutes the numbness felt better, the painful burning and painful stinging was gone! I have tried lidocaine products the helped but only for an hour or less. I apply this product first thing in the morning, again mid day and again at bed time. This interval has kept me pain free! I missed the med day once and boy did I pay for it! But as soon as I remembered and applied it, pain gone. I definitely recommend this product because it has worked wonders for me! Again, I rarely post reviews, but this product is deserving of one!

This product is very good. I could tell the difference the very 1st time I used it. After using it for a while now my feet and my legs feel so much better. It has a mild lavender scent.

My husband has neuropathy that affects his legs and feet. He takes prescription meds, and still had the symptoms. I bought th is product and he uses it only once daily and it is a game changer!
