this has been pretty magical for my family. we started it for my 7 year old with ADHD to help him calm down for bedtime and quickly moved to giving it to my 5 year old and ourselves as well. my kids get small doses - .25mg for my 5 year old and .5mg for my 7 year old. we've done bigger doses and it doesn't seem necessary. just a little bit 45 minutes before bed helps them slow down and be more than ready for sleep. they're sleeping deeply and waking up feeling good. my husband and I both take 2mg. I've taken mag gly for years as tablets and this liquid drop version works much better for sleep. the rest of the ingredients are a huge bonus, l-theanine and omegas are great for ADHD. we're all happy, even going through 3 bottles a month this supplement is worth it and we'll keep purchasing.

Was purchased as a gift for a friends 3 children, one has ADD, another is low on the Autism spectrum. As of this review, they have used it once but rave about the results. Children went to sleep quickly and slept well. When woke in the morning, they were in a better mood and were less meltdowns during the day. Tomorrow is school, I am hopeful the child with ADD will be able to concentrate in class better.

I have been struggling for a while These have helped my toddler so much, before it was a constant fight before going to bed. It’s been about two weeks of .5ml a night and it has made bed time a breeze, she calls it her “night candy” she loves the way it taste , it’s helped calm her down tremendously!

This works better than expected. My 7yr old has ADHD and getting him to turn that little brain off and relax to go to sleep is challenging. My only gripe is since starting these drops he has started to wet the bed. I stopped for a few days to see if it was truly the drops and sure enough he stayed dry on the nights I didn’t give it to him. It puts him in such a deep sleep, he isn’t waking up to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, it seems to be a great product but I don’t know if it’s worth having to wash sheets every day.

This stuff is great for my son and myself too my son has a hard time settling at night but this keeps him calm and lets him fall asleep peacefully unlike melatonin which makes him mean and moody I tired another brand after my first bottle of this and it did absolutely nothing so I went back to this one it’s legit !
