Using Mio drops in my water, helps me keep hydrated and not have to worry about sugar! Love the taste of Mio drops. This one’s so refreshing. You decided by squeezing drops in your water for strength of taste, it doesn’t take much. These are a great way to stop drinking sugary drinks ,including soda. Great quality and great value! You make a lot of drinks out of one bottle.

This stuff is delicious! Sure saves money at restaurants. They charge too much for their drinks. So order free water and add a bit of this flavor and voila’ great, free drink!

I love Mio Hydrate in Strawberry Lemonade flavor! It’s the perfect way to make water exciting while adding electrolytes for hydration. Great taste and super convenient—especially after workouts or on hot days. Definitely my go-to for staying hydrated!

I'm a fan of most Mio flavors, and the "Hydrate" Strawberry Lemonade water enhancer is no different in this regard. It's a bit strawberry-forward and so it's a bit on the sweeter side but still has a delightful little pucker that hits as you swallow and let the droplets linger on your tongue. If you like a more lemony-sour lemonade flavor, skip this one and go for the straight lemonade or lemon-lime enhancers, but if you're a fan of strawberry lemonade in general, you'll like this one, too. As with other Mios, I occasionally use this with club soda/seltzer water to create a soda, and this one becomes a fun fizzy drink, as the carbonation enhances the lemon's pucker and brings it more in line with what you might get out of a fountain lemonade drink. This particular flavor comes in a smaller bottle, which is nice if you like to carry one in your bag, or if you're traveling, though I wouldn't recommend putting it in your pocket, as pressure might cause it to leak. It doesn't have any added sugar, so it's diabetic/ozempic friendly as well. I do find myself needing a pretty decent squeeze to get the kind of flavor I like, as this isn't a particularly strong tasting formula like the cherry lime and such are. All-in-all, I give the Hydrate Strawberry Lemonade 4 out of 5 stars. Strawberry Watermelon and Fruit Punch continue to reign supreme over the other flavors.

I cannot tell you how many times I've purchased Mio... and the Strawberry Lemonade flavor more than all the other ones combined. I like that you can control the sweetness (just add more or less) and that these also help hydrate (not just provide flavor). If you struggle to drink all the water you need in a day, this may be what it takes!

One of my faves! Great size for a great price. Easy to throw in your bag on the go. This is my go to, to take on vacation. Nothing tastes fake and I love that I can make the flavor as strong or weak as I want. Repeat purchase.
