I've been buying these one a day Vitafusion vitamins for several years. I buy them for the health value and though they taste fine. That's not the main reason. They are free of a lot of artificial ingredients, and they provide a good grouping of healthy vitamins and other beneficial supplements. They are easy to chew and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste or odor. They are also reasonably priced for essentially a four-month supply.

I am picky about my gummy vitamins and these are winners. They’re very small, very easy to chew. I like the taste a lot, there’s the teeniest hint of almost sour pucker that really makes them seem more like candy than vitamins. Mine arrived in great shape, not melted or stuck together like sometimes gummies do. I can’t speak to the concrete health benefits as a non doctor just trying to balance out a repetitive diet, but I have definitely had concrete benefits from vitafusion fiber gummies so I trust this brand more than some of the weird stuff you can find online.
