High-quality product that I use to prevent hot flashes; works perfectly!
This is my number one go-to product for all of my nutrition needs! I use this particular product, "Black Cohosh," to prevent the "hot flashes" caused by menopause. I have zero complaints; it works beyond fantastically. No hot flashes since I started using this vitamin/supplement! Really works for hot flashes
Nature’s Bounty Black Cohosh Root Pills have really helped with my hot flashes. I take one every morning when I wake up, and my hot flashes have gone away. I also no longer wake up with night sweats. I highly recommend this herbal supplement for women who are menopausal or still experiencing hot flashes after a hysterectomy. It has not caused me any stomach upset, and the pill size is small enough to take easily. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my energy level since using Black Cohosh. For me, it has been a helpful natural alternative.

Cool calm and collective
I start taking this about a month ago, and I just realized I'm not having hot flashes anymore. This is the best, I was on a medication that the doctor prescribed, but there was so many risks involved.

Worth to try without spending much.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Life saver for pre menopause effects. Night sweats disappear almost totally so my sleep is more improved. Periods have been regular than crazy irregularities lately. So happy and highly recommend.

10 out of 10 I ordered after I've got a bottle from a friend, as soon as I started taking it, the hot flashes went away. I didn't notice any other change, but taking away the hot flashes is a game changer. I recommend it 100%

REALLY WORK!
I have tried other supplements that were more expensive that did nothing for hot flashes. These work great and my hot flashes have been cut in half. I am so thankful I found these and I really appreciate the positive reviews.

Great product
If you have hot flashes from going through menopause, this stuff works really good. I have purchased it three or four times now.

Works for some but not all.
Black Cohosh was recommended to me by my Mom for my menopausal symptoms as she had amazing results when she went through it. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing any relief. I get that what works for one may not work for the other. Black Cohosh has, however, softened the skin on my elbows and knees. I also noticed a mild boost to my mood. For both positives I felt it deserved credit and gave it 3 stars. Moving ahead with the next menopausal relief supplement on my list. Fingers crossed! To cover all bases: Taste, ease of use, and quality were all good. The capsule is massive. Be sure to take with food. Good luck!
