I don’t have any complaints about the solution. It seems to help. However, the packaging could be improved. First of all, I don’t like that you have to cut or puncture the plastic to use it. I only have dirty craft scissors, which can easily contaminate this solution that is going into my cats’ eyes. My second issue is that it’s a challenge enough to put drops into a cat’s eye, but this bottle is so stiff that to hold my cats and squeeze the bottle I need to use my whole fist to squeeze it hard WHILE I AM ALSO trying to keep my cat looking up. It makes it very hard to be precise and it’s just luck if I can squeeze enough to get into their eyes. Both these issues could be easily fixed if they switched to a different plastic bottle.

I got this for my cat who decided to stay out all night partying with the feral hood cats. She came back with gunk in her eye and I needed to flush it in case it was infected. I guess everyone’s cat in town has been slumming because eye drops were sold out at all the pet shops and grocery in town. Prepare to get some on you if you’re using this with a cat because mine is a mess.Step one grab cat. Step two attempt to apply eye drop. Step three dry off cat and yourself because she moved and you missed. Step four hold cat (possibly in a towel) make a funny noise, apply eye drops. Step five prepare for the ouch as the cat freaks and jumps out. Step six dry off again as cat shook its eye gunk everywhere. Step seven bandage your wounds.Cat is fine. She just had eye boogers. Product worked great.
