Sapphire CollectionFry pan, Aluminium, Black, 1-Pack

Like a lot of reviewers, my frying pan has arrived with a dink. I doubt it will have a massive effect on the cooking as that is bad regardless. However, it does seem that this is a trend with this product. Is the dink part of the price? I am interested to know. I am all for free stuff but dinks are not one of them. If it is included it should be clearly labelled "dink applied" to the description. Anyway. Looks ok (other than the dink) and I am sure will work fine on my dink free cooker.

A good cheap pan for the money you really cannot beat it.

I’ve been using this pan for a few months now and it has been really good to use. A dream to wash and cooks food evenly. Great value for money!

My Grandfather's company made pans during the 50's and 60's. They were sold at Kendals and Harrods. The secret was thickness and strength of tacks joining handel to pan. Untreated alluminium was used but not now, thank God.This pan won't feature much in evidence lockers where wife has slapped husband with it and killed him. It's light as hell. However it's changed by outlook on pans. It's so light it cooks sausages before you have time to add the bacon and eggs. It's fantastic. Safer due ultralight and so far no scoring on the non stick. More the fool you if you want to spend more on a named brand. So energy efficient!!! Well done Sapphire. The tacking is acceptable too, especially as the tacking has little work to do even with my pig size offerings.

These pans are fantastic. I have more expensive pans which don't work as well as these pans. Nothing sticks to the surface, they cook evenly and wash well. I'm replacing all my old Tefal pans with Sapphire pans!
