is it available for left handed people? single bevel correct?

Right now, this sashimi knife is only available in a single bevel, right handed variation. We will explore left-handed variation in the future.

Is this sashimi / sushi cutting knife only ?

Just remember this is a very thin and very fine edge for cutting thin slices such as for sashimi. Cutting harder items is OK, but it's not made to have a tough edge. Do not cut items on plates or cut against bone or you will dull the edge or even roll the edge slightly. When used correctly the edge will endure well. Cut against hard items and the edge will not hold up. It's not a boning knife. I'm not saying it's not a quality blade, just that its' intended purpose is fine cuts, and it will not take much abuse before the edge shows the wear of cuts on things the fine edge wasn't intended for.
