I was a little apprehensive about these little sponges, but the end result was pretty good. I was about to get a new pair of Stan Smith, Adidas. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty darn good. My only criticism is they fall apart pretty quickly/easily, so it took about 3 pads each for each shoe. Overall, here’s the end result.

These little things really get the job done. They are white and orange and are odorless. It gets rid of all the scuffs or stains I had on my shoes. It feels just like a sponge. Only thing is you have to be gentle when using them because if you scrub too hard, they will rip and fall apart. So be slow and easy with them.

Okay, I found a dirtier pair and I change my mind. It is pretty nice. Took a star away because the sponge is one time use. Idk if it’s meant to be but that doesn’t seem right to me. This works slightly better than a wet paper towel. My sneakers didn’t have stains or scuffs but just dirt and it cleaned them well but the sponge started to deteriorate before I even got to the second one. So I was cleaning up broken sponge pieces along with grass/dirt. Just not worth it in my opinion.

Pack of 10. It works like a Magic eraser. As you rub the eraser crumbles. Took me 2 to clean 1 shoe rubber. So 4 to clean 2 shoes. I spent about 15 minutes cleaning. It definitely looks better and maybe it will be cleaner if I do it more often. I didn’t use it on the leather. Buy a magic eraser first to see if that works on your shoes.

Got a white pair and a black pair cleaned with one pad. True that you should not press too hard. The sponge does disintegrate. Very effective gym shoe cleaner. Especially easy for traveling.

Just finished using the product. I’m actually quite impressed. While mine were bad dirty (stepped in mud), I wasn’t able to clean them for about 18 hours so I was worried it was set in. They cleaned to an almost new appearance. I also cleaned a pair of my wife’s shoes that did have a lot of set in stains. I didn’t soak either pair and while hers didn’t clean 100%, it was a daylight to dark difference. I’ll order the soak and do hers again with that to see the results. The mass to disintegrate as others have mentioned, but if you go gentle as the instructions say, they do last enough for a pair or two. I used two pads total for both pairs and honestly still have a decent amount of pad left in each so I could have probably used one for both. The orange side came off of one of the pads but I was still able to use both white and orange separately just fine. 10/10 would recommend for a quick clean and hopefully the soak will work good for the set in stains.

These were a waste of money. They worked okay on the soles of the shoe but did nothing for the rest and quickly started to flake off so I wasn’t able to complete a single pair with one of the cleaners. I tried these on a pair of Nike running shoes. They would probably work well on shoes like crocs. You will still need to apply a lot of elbow grease regardless so this isn’t any upgrade over a wash rag with no soap.

I’ve purchased a 3 pack of these and found they were very effective so purchased this 10 pack. I think the 3 pack is more convenient for travelling but the 10 pack is more economical. The parcel arrived quickly.

It cleans the show soles very well, nothing fancy or excellent, but it does the job good.
