I bought the original tracker several years ago and it did not work in my rural area. This newer model works so much better! I like the power saving mode and being able to set fences for my dog, although it would be nice to set up to at least 8 fences for when I travel to different areas or to see family. I don’t want to erase fences in order to set new ones in different areas. Live tracking works well and is accurate. I’m not sure how accurate the health data is but it’s a nice feature to give an idea of overall health. I like seeing the total exercise minutes per day that my dog gets.

I live out in the country with a very wooded area with both a creek and river that runs through it.The only bad part is a dirt road that is used during harvest by wheat trucks driven at very high speeds.With the geo fence I now have piece of mind that the dogs haven’t found a way out to the road. Battery life is great and the light is very nice early in the morning when it’s pitch black out.Will always have one on my pups.

Works great. Battery seems to last a while, I’ve been using it for a week and we are only down to 50%. I get notified when she leaves the boundary as I should, I have nothing bad to say. Still getting used to using this item, but it works quite well. Tracks the Dog precisely, as he is quite the escape artist. Much easier to find him now. Thank you.

This is an absolute piece of junk wrapped up in a pretty little box. Customer support is non-existent. I have had it about a week. It worked for two days and that was it. It kept saying she was safe at home when in reality we were miles away. For 3+ hours, no matter what troubleshooting I did, it would not connect. Then it came back on and disconnected again within minutes. Hours later and I am literally standing right next to the unit and it says it can’t connect and to try the “radar” mode. I did that and it STILL can’t find it. It says that when it is in bluetooth range it will show blue rings. It is literally RIGHT NEXT TO ME. You have to email support and all you get is a cutesy generic automated reply that one of their “very much human” agents will personally help. I’m still waiting for that “help”. Troubleshooting in the app says that it can disconnect from gps when the signal is weak. Well, the gps signal is strong, my watch, my phone, and other gps items have ZERO difficulty connecting. I believe the company just says that as a caveat to cover themselves when a pet is lost under their “watch”. This is garbage.

So disappointed. It does not alert when a dog has left the perimeter for several minutes and the very same delay with when they return to it. Great in theory but it is too delayed and that time is super important

It works pretty good for our needs. We only use it when we get the dog off the leash during walks in the forest or large parks. Twice we lost the dog after chasing a deer and enough is enough. So, we put this tracker on her and it got tested a few times already. We are very happy with the tracker and now we feel more comfortable during our off-leash walks.
