My dog is almost 11 and has neck strain. I was told, by her vet, she must have a harness moving forward. I have harnesses, a few. I use them for in the car to seatbelt her in. And she keeps them on, in the car. Outside the car, she’s a basset hound Houdini and within a split second and some wriggles and side-to-side movements, she’s out. They are all step-in. I decided to try this because it wears differently (over the head and clip on each side) and it looked well made. It IS well made. VERY well made. I’m so impressed with the quality of this harness. I’m equally impressed that it’s easy to adjust unlike some harnesses. It’s so easy to put on my dog and it’s well padded. The connectors, latches and belt loops are all metal not plastic. All the materials, padding, etc are excellent quality. I expect this will last a long time. This harness is a great value for the price. Additionally, it fits my dog so well that she cannot wriggle her way out and actually, she isn’t trying either. She seems to be very comfortable with it.

I love all the leashes, collars and harness from this company. The metal clasps are very durable and solid. I have zero worries when I have my dogs hooked up with these products. The colors are perfect and the quality is very good. Very easy to get on and off and is comfortable. Fits perfect with adjustable straps and the dogs cant pull out of them. Stong enough to hold to any pulling and wont loosen as you go. I own big dogs and I am confident with these, absolutely my go to.

Highly recommend! It was so easy to adjust on my Bernedoodle. She slips in and out so easily. The pad along the harness is quality. The color is perfect. The style is very much my vibe (rugged, yet earthy/ cool.) I love the handle on the top, that’s the best part for me. Feels premium. The metal buckle is also pretty darn cool. I will be ordering the Florida seaside and the Michigan autumn VERY soon.

I am so impressed with the MADE TO ROAM Premium Explorer Harness. The quality is outstanding, and you can immediately feel how sturdy the materials are. My dog is comfortable in it, and it doesn’t rub or cause irritation like other harnesses we’ve tried. The fit is secure but not restrictive, and the multiple adjustment points make it really easy to get that perfect snug fit. I also love the handle on top — it gives me great control when needed and makes lifting or guiding my dog easier. The harness is lightweight, breathable, and strong, and my dog moves naturally in it. Whether we’re walking, hiking, or just going to the park, this harness stays in place and feels very reliable. Overall, this is one of the best harnesses I’ve ever bought. The quality, comfort, and durability are absolutely worth the price.

Seems like a very nice harness. I like the shape, and the color. It fits true to size, sits in the right place, and has nice padding. Stitching is nice as well. The metal of the buckles and D ring seems to be quality aluminum alloy of some kind. I would like there to be a D ring on the chest for control to discourage pulling and also one between the shoulders if you WANT them to pull. I got this for my Malamute, mushing and bike joring are both out due to the D ring placement. Which is fine, I'll stick to X Back harnesses for pulling. This is still a great option for run/jog/walk and daily use. Bonus star for amazing customer service!

OMG I love this harness, let me count the ways!! Fit is perfect, SO STURDY!! love the metal clips, love the extra padding, SUPER LOVE the handle! This is a GREAT harness. Only place it could be improved is to add a front clasp to it for better control of dog that's still learning to walk on a lead. My little 6 month old guy started trying to pull like a sled dog after a few times out with it. This harness is well worth the money, it's super well made. I've been using it a while now and I would recommend to anyone. Pricey, but not overpriced for the quality. It's a great harness.

The best harness, and the best company. My dog is a mix breed little dog (7#s) with an awkwardly thick chest, short legs, and more attitude than intelligence. I love the harnesses my large dogs had, and I've always felt like small dogs don't have nearly as good harness available. I've struggled to find a harness that fits him that isn't one of those cloth ones, which still never fit right and always left an awkward gap in the front. This harness has been a total game changer and I donated all the others that I had. I recommend being sure to measure your dog for the best fit. I measured my little man and this harness is PERFECT. We've used this harness every day for the past 4 months and it has held up great! It functions well in summer and winter, and I was easily able to adjust the straps based off him wearing his winter clothes or before a haircut vs after. The hardware is well made and easy to use, I struggle with my fingers sometimes with the old snap to buckle ones and this one is perfect! No awful Velcro getting stuck in his hair, no difficult to open buckles, no struggling to unsnap him after a walk. The cloth parts are well sewn together and the color is beautiful! This harness is so well made, and I can tell it will last for a long time. It feels like the safest harness I've ever owned, and I feel secure that he won't be able to slip out of it. While we don't use the traffic handle for traffic (he's very short) I love that I can use it to hold on to him comfortablly when holding him or when trying to control this 7 pounds ball of fur and fury. I HIGHLY recommend trying this harness. And I will not hesitate to purchase more in the future.

This is the second ROAM harness that I bought for my growing 95 lb. Cane Corso. I have always owned large and Giant furbabies, so Security, quality, and comfort are big factors for me. Typically, the larger the dog, the harder it becomes to find a strong, durable harness that has all the right requirements. I really like this harness for her. It is low enough that it does not choke her...she has a bad gag reflex. The material feels and has demonstrated that it is strong and durable. The various colors are beautiful, and I believe, unique. The padding seems thick, yet not to stuffy and seems to be in all the right places. My girl has not had any rubbing or chafing. She is hard headed, so we are still working on excitement and pulling issues. The small control handle has a leather cover, and although it seems small for the harness size, is quite effective in taking control. Amara, my pup, is extremely strong and the handle has yet to rip or even feel like it is about to give. The adjustment straps are nice and easy to figure out. They don't take you an hour trying to figure out where and how to tighten or loosen the harness. Much of the time you can tighten or loosen the harness while it is still attached to your furbaby. The sizes overlap a little, giving you some leeway in sizing while your dog is still growing. Obviously, I still recommend measuring your dog with the size chart for proper fit. The clasps that attach to each side are a nice, sturdy metal. My only issues with the clasps is that they sometimes take a minute to try to find the right angle to clasp and secure them in place. However, this is a minor issue for me. I have no trouble with my pup trying to slip out of her harness, as much as she may try. I won't say that there are not some expert escape artists out there and that this will definitely keep all dogs from slipping their harness. However, overall I believe it is a pretty good harness when it comes to escape artists. The width of the harness around the neck and chest, I believe, make it harder for dogs to get out of it. So far, I have not had a problem with the harness loosening while walking my wild child. I am very pleased with that. I have not had the fear of her harness loosening while out and about and her getting free. That has been a frustrating issue with many harnesses throughout my lifetime of owning dogs. Overall, I love this harness, and will continue to buy this particular harness for as long as I am able. Amara seems happy with it. It doesn't choke her. I feel less fearful that she will get out of it, and is made of strong and durable material.
