Great value, great sound, great ten-keyless.
The brown switches sound like my knees in the morning.

Good keyboard for a good price
Good overall keyboard weight and the keys have a nice thock to them (red switches). The website where you can change the rgb and other functions is also nice, not having to download another thing to change colors is a nice change.

Keyboard is great, Keychron Support does not exist.
TLDR: Keyboard is nice quality. Customer support is awful. If you have to get a Keychron Keyboard I would recommend buying through amazon so you have the return policy because Keychron support wont help you. The keyboard itself is fine. I got the aluminum frame and its very sturdy, weighty but still lighter than expected. No flex. The reason its not 5 stars is primarily that Keychron's customer service is abysmal at best. So much so that I am glad I got it through amazon in case something was wrong and I needed to refund it. This keyboard is hotswappable, which brings me to my only real complaint about the keyboard. The first thing I tried after getting it set up is removing a switch to make sure it was the hotswappable model and to get a feel for it. These things are so stiff. I felt like I was going to break the switch removing tool or bust the switch with how hard I had to clamp down and some how pull it straight out but it felt glued down. By the time time I was able to yank it out I had scratched the back board. Thankfully the keycaps cover it but still, it should not be that difficult. Wanting to learn how to swap switches without damaging they backplate and to get help finding their open source firmware I contacted support because Keychron should be able to help with both of these things. I gave them the order number like they asked and let them know it was through amazon and even though my questions are about switch removal and firmware, both things they, the manufacturers, should be handling they just passed me off to some amazon customer support who gave me an automated response that had nothing to do with what I was asking. To be fair to amazon support, they shouldn't have my answers anyway. Keyboard is fine, but Keychron is awful. I am never buying their products again. I now believe the reviews that said support would not refund or swap or repair item damaged during shipping and instead told them to go to a local repair shop and that they, Keychron, claimed they would reimburse.

Solid keyboard.
Solid keyboard. Backlighting is great. More color and pattern of lights than I need, but does what I need it to.
