I am 64 and have trained all of my adult life. I have an extensive background in all forms of training. I also have an extensive background in nutrition with degrees in both. I have trained using stacks in the past. The regimen is daunting trying to slot all the products properly in a day before between and after training. Comparing each product with other supplements to prevent overlap or overdose can be perplexing. This product simplified that process. I couple Core Fuel witwith whey protein before and after training which consists of an hour of cardio and an hour of weight training. It provides everything I need for high level performance and rapid recovery. I am a firm believer of coconut water for my shakes. The potassium is need to support my training. Core fuel dissolves and is easily ingested. In fact I mix it and drink it in my truck before I leave the gym parking lot.

I have been a fan of PMD for many years, because of the high quality and results. They have never let me down and neither has the Core Fuel Reloaded. Of course, you pay for it, so every once in awhile I have to use a cheaper brand.

This is one of the best and most well rounded product you could have. It’s amazing for, running, training, lifting, performance, and it gives you a great focus and pump without caffeine! Would recommend trying!
