The quality of this salt is phenomenal. It is not overall salty and for the money this salt is fantastic. It grinds easily in my electric grinder. The health benefits of this salt is outstanding. The blue hue is beautiful

I have used many different types of salts, the taste is fine.The salt looks clear more than blue. I like the point that it's lower in sodium. And I like that it is coarse, overall. If people are looking for a coarse salt that is great. The second picture is one I ordered of another blue but it is not coarse.And I do prefer course.
