This thing is amazing. It just showed up same day and I've been using it for 20 minutes. Already, I have decided I'm quitting my job and will sit here on this couch with this contraption until I get foreclosed on and they carry me out of my house, still on this couch, with this thing wrapped around my neck. In all seriousness, best non-person massager I've personally experienced. We have $9k massaging chairs at my office and this thing is better. You can adjust it to do your neck, shoulders, back etc.. You can put your arms in the loopholes and create tension and move it where you want it. Others have said the heat doesn't work great or work, mine works and gets warm (perfect temp in my opinion), but it is still brand new. Even if the heat broke, I want to be buried with this thing. Def a good buy !

I used this az soon as I received it and it works very well. The massage is right on target and it is very easy to use. It fit perfectly and will be just what I need to relieve tight muscles and soft tissue pain.

I just received it today. I used massager right away and loved it. I don’t know that the heat option actually works or if it’s just really subtle. It would be very nice if it did or if the heat was more prominent. The massage itself is wonderful. I have such horrible build up of tension, tightness, and knots. Some reviews mentioned that it was too hard or painful but I wonder if it’s actually because of the amount of tightness, tension, and knots that are present in the body. I’ve come to learn that massages can feel painful if there is too much build up. It was painful but the pain went away after getting it all out. It worked so well on my neck, shoulders, and base of the head. I think the pressure and speed was good. I can feel the relief and I think over time I will be able to feel more relief. I think it’s most comfortable when you’re using it lying down on a hard flat surface eg: floor. I still need to find my finesse using it sitting upright to use it on my back. Lying down using it on my back isn’t it.

This neck and shoulder massager is an absolute game changer! There are plenty of similar options on the market, but many have shorter straps or different ball lengths that just didn’t work for me. This one was perfect. I chose the version with the shorter balls because the longer ones felt too poky and uncomfortable. I love the strap length, and it targets all the right spots on my neck and shoulders. It’s also very versatile; I use it on other areas like my lower back and legs, and my husband even uses it on his calves. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I almost never write reviews but this, this massager right here, is worth every second it took to write about how awesome this thing is! I was looking for something that I could use while sitting in my chair having coffee in the morning, or after work when I sit down for a little while. I found this by its amazing reviews and figured thousands of people can’t be wrong and now I understand the reason for the 5 stars. It’s powerful, quiet, nice and warm, and hits all the right muscles. After using it on my neck I slid it down the back of the chair and decided to try it on my back and my goodness, it works just as great for my back as well. I can’t say anything else about this other than this is the best massager I’ve ever used and I’d recommend anyone who wants a great massage anytime they want!

Balls that roll around are great but too hard and heavy. I have to place a small blanket between the massager and my skin. It does take the pain away.

I thought I'd end up sending this back, but ended up loving it! I'm an editor and so often end up spending hours at the computer, ending up with a pretty sore neck (my fault--my posture is not as good as it should be). Enter this massager. It's big and clunky and looks kinda ridiculous, but it makes my neck feel great! I have found that the best way to use it (for me) is to start it on low speed with the heat on (it doesn't get hot, but there is a soothing warmth) and use the straps to gently guide it up and down my neck (which is surprisingly easy to do). I continue, increasing the speed to full, for about 5 minutes at a time. These short treatments afford me the most relief. The massage really relaxes the muscles in my neck, and I find the effects cumulative (if I skip using it for a day or two, I really realize how good it is). It's still working perfectly, it's easy to use, and a great massager for the price. My only (very minor) complaint is that the controls are awkwardly placed, so I have to twist my neck to look at them and be sure I'm pressing the button I need. Aside from that, it's a great product. PS--great to use before bed.

I was skeptical that a robot massager would help the way a professional human would, but I've had a frustrating knot in my shoulder I couldn't get out myself and really didn't want to book a professional. In desperation I purchased this (cheaper than a human massage!) and I unpacked it and tried it out as soon as it arrived. I was shocked to find it helped my shoulder! I felt relief I hadn't felt in days. Did it permanently take care of my annoying shoulder? No, but I'm pretty sure my pillow and the way I sleep is causing it, so it's not the massager's fault. I've been using it almost daily since and it definitely is giving me relief on that darned shoulder muscle. I will say, don't go overboard. When I felt relief in my shoulder I decided to try it all up and down my back, did too much, and was a bit tender to the touch the next day. The only thing that would make this massager better is if it came with a little bag to put it in for storage, but that's pretty minor.

Amazing and worth the money .... feels like human knuckles massaging ... would highly recommend!
