Lil steeper on the price than i would like, but it is all very good quality!

Metal barbs make it challenging to clean
I like it over all and use it for more than aging meat. It works well to drain fried foods or to use in the oven, with its relatively tight mesh pattern. My biggest complaint would be that the welds have metal barbs that didn't get polished off during manufacturing and they can snag a dish sponge or towel. Even so, I would recommend it

Scratches during shipping
Had high hopes but the pan came scratched up. I'm sure from all of the bouncing it did during shipping. Regardless, returning product.
