READYWISE- 6 Month, Emergency Food Supply, 1788 Servings, 12 Buckets, Freeze-Dried, MRE, Camping, Hiking, Survival, Adventure Meal, 25-Year Shelf Life

This READYWISE product description plainly states: "...With this family-sized emergency food supply, you're providing security for your loved ones...". I emphasize FAMILY-SIZED, as standard advertising practices would suggest this means FOUR people. I ordered the six-month kit, figuring that that should last my wife and I twelve months' worth of food, as it's just the two of us. Upon receiving the order (kudos for FAST delivery, BTW, as our order arrived ahead of schedule), I was little surprised to see the containers plainly state ONE PERSON. Hmmm...Is a family now considered ONE person? Since I got this for emergency situations, I'm sure my wife and I will be fine for SIX months, as we both eat very little anyway, but I'm a little disappointed in the misleading advertising (considering the price of these kits - for MOST people, this is a MAJOR investment). I had to remove one star for that. I was going to remove a SECOND star, as I had ALSO ordered a 110 serving protein bucket that never arrived after three weeks (stuck in the "On the way, but it's running late" status), but I was eventually refunded the purchase price. All-in-all, we're very satisfied with the product, just feeling a little mislead.

I sleep well knowing we are prepared for an emergency.

The delivery was great, we haven't opened the buckets and we hope we don't have to but now we have the peace of mind that we have supplies if need be. This particular shipment comes one meal & one breakfast bucket per box, for a total of six boxes. We will probably buy again just for insurance sake.

I like the easy storage with the stack-able Buckets. I opened one Bucket to inspect but haven't tried for taste. They appear to be correct on the amount and the individual bags appear to all be intact and sealed. Glad I have this for when the SHTF.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought 12 buckets advertised as 1788 servings of food total. The buckets come in pairs. They’ll say “Bucket 1 of 2” and “Bucket” 2 of 2”. It’s supposed to be a 6 month supply with 1788 servings. But it’s clearly not! I took a picture of the back so you all could see. In reality each “pair” of buckets only has 70 servings TOTAL. Not hard to do the math. 6 pairs is 6x70 = 420 servings total. A very far cry from the 1788 advertised. I feel ripped off. Not a bad product from what I understand but they are clearly and unapologetically lying about the amount of servings, the weight, and the amount of food contained in these bundle deals they offer
