I used this extract along with a strawberry emulsion, blackberry extract, and raspberry extract to bake a mixed berry cake. The blueberry extract blended well with the others. And the cake received great reviews. The extract work very well. When I received it the bottle was intact with no leaks. It had a nice blueberry smell.

Used this along with frozen wild blueberries, apple juice, and a touch of vanilla to make a killer blueberry jam with a smooth texture. So much less expensive than a straight berry jam if you're like me and don't live were berries grow easily.
