I haven't used these yet (thus the 4 star rating), but purchased for an upcoming trip to Europe. They appear to be well made. They are a tight fit around the handles of my suitcase (new Travelpro Maxlite 5 medium check-in), and I hope the velcro holds after being grabbed by baggage handlers. There is a label inside each where you can add your name, phone, email address. The bright orange color will hopefully make my luggage easy to identify.

The bright colors make it easy for me to see the luggage on the carousel. The soft neoprene feels good in the hands and is not slippery. The price was more than acceptable. And it protects wear and tear on the handles so they stay black, supple and beautiful. Your luggage is the most important thing you carry with you on your trips. These handle wraps, make it fun and functional.

These are a great addition to keep handbag or luggage handles more comfortable AND add some identification if you need that. Or just keep two handles together if the bag doesn't have it's own wrap. The tags have an ID tag inside (I don't use it). They fit all my luggage and backpacks. The sticky fastener seems to be tight enough to hold. Though if you check a bag, I wouldn't count on it being there on the other end. The neoprene is really soft. I got mine in bright blue but will probably order a different color to look better with some other items.
