TOSHIBA 55" Class C350 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV with Voice Remote with Alexa (55C350NU)

The TV was delivered 2 days after placing the order on Amazon by the BestBuy contracted delivery company. It was well packaged with sturdy materials. The TV itself was exactly what I expected from Toshiba, look and feel great. It even has two built-in handlebars on the back of the TV for easy carry which requires at least 2 capable adults to safely handle (mine is 85”). Once the TV is turned on, just follow the prompts on the screen and the whole initial setup process / updates will take about 5 minutes to finish. The screen is bright and crystal clear and the sounds are smooth. The TV connects to the home WiFi for streaming right away each and very time I turn it on. The TV has all the features as advertised, and the remote quality feels good with some quick buttons such as Amazon music Netflix YouTube etc as well. Overall, I like it a lot and the values are very high for the price we paid.

Tv did not work. It would not update out of the box and all support channels could not help. So basically paid for an item that would never work. Couldn’t return to Amazon as shipping was $200 non refundable to Best Buy Kentucky. Best Buy would not take it back as there was no receipt through them so they would do nothing. Again out of money. Buyer beware. Amazon is great for small items but will not support large purchases and really did not want to help solve the problems. I still have not heard back from Amazon!!!!! Best Buy and I have parted paths forever.

Great TV for the price. Only complaint is that I did the bestbuy pickup and they were totally clueless how to process the pickup via Amazon. Took forever.

Very nice TV was easy to connect my prime account. Sharp picture and good price.

This was a nightmare to set up I had another Toshiba fire TV from 5 years ago the screen went black but I liked it so much I thought this TV would be the same it is not I was only getting sound through Amazon music and some prime movies but nothing else had sound so they put me on Bluetooth that was terrible it sounded mono went on Google it said to put it on PCM which let my soundbar work and the video problems were cleared up by turning off motion processing in the TV settings Amazon did help me with that and I figured out the menu button with the three lines to the right only works on prime thank you

Bought this TV in December of 2024 as a Christmas present for my parents. Come to late April 2025 not even 6 months in use and now there is a black line across the entire screen. Let me be clear this line did not develop until April of 2025 this was not a result of shipping damage or damage done to the unit. As for any kind of support good luck... Toshiba support is just a robot until you get frustrated enough to hang up an best buy offers a 30 day warranty so basically you're SOL and out $200 when this thing inevitably breaks

This tv does not like Sling. If that's your provider skip it.
