Easy to swallow softgels, not too bulky.

I’ve been using these Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels for a while, and I like that they’re easy to swallow and last a long time. The value is excellent for a four-month supply, and I’ve felt some benefits, but I do wish the capsules were a bit smaller. Still, they’re a solid choice for anyone looking to add omega-3 to their routine—just not quite perfect.

The capsules of fish oil are a little large but goes down very easily. Quality appears to be good as it is difficult to assess the impact of taking the tablets on my health . The amount of fish oil and quality of ingredients fit what I require and the capsules look quality.
