Great matt, use it for my pedal bike, keeps it stable and in place while doing my rehab. So much better than the one that came with the bike. Now I'm not afraid that the bike will slide when I push down on the pedals, also thicker. Can be used on both sides, each side is different, so whatever works the best for you. I have the black side on top. I use it on hardwood floors. I'm satisfied with my purchased, and price is reasonable too for the quality.

Actual got the workout Mat by TOBWOLF, NEXT DAY. IT WORKS. BUT THE ELLIPTICAL LEG EXERCISER Was delayed by 4 days, but finally received. Ordered 1/16/26 , received on wed. 1/20/26, and I am a PRIME MEMBER!! NOTHAPPY WITH THAT. GOT DELAYED 3 TIMES! BUT VERY pleased with THE MACHINE
