Delicious, gluten free and no unnecessary ingredients. They taste better than regular spaghetti and we stay away from pathogen-feeding gluten. I don't have celiac disease but since I learned pathogens love eating gluten, eggs and dairy I stay away from these three like the plague.

For the longest time my wife had to eat gluten free foods. If you've ever had to eat anything gluten free, you might as well stop eating altogether, there's no taste. Thank goodness I found Jovial. Their pasta, even though it's gluten free, is like eating regular pasta. The taste, texture are not to be believed. Jovial is still our choice of pasta to this day.

I stumbled upon the Jovial brand of GF pasta and I'm SO thankful that I did because it puts all the others to shame. After having to cut my beloved gluten out of my diet and trying (and despising) countless, grainy GF pastas with awful mouth feel, Jovial swooped in and restored my faith. Jovial spaghetti and capellini taste almost exactly like regular pasta and if they'd make a 16 oz box instead of the 12 oz, that'd be perfection.

This gluten free spaghetti is the best I have ever had, and the only one I use. The order came quickly and unbroken from Amazon with the six package order bundled together. Last week I took a large crockpot labeled GF of spaghetti (two boxes) to a large church event and all the folks loved it. The next day two different ladies called to ask what brand the spaghetti was to order some. Think this spaghetti is a win and your non gluten free friends, and family would not know it was gluten free if you had a great sauce.

Of course, everyone's tastes are different, but we think this is the best gluten free pasta we have ever tried. It is not gritty/grainy like the others. It does not fall apart into small pieces and is even very good when cooked "Al Dente".
