Love the texture that it produces.
I like my greek yogurt maker and how it makes my yogurt much thicker and smoother. The container is the right size for the amount of yogurt that I need and to fit it in my fridge. I like that the sieve is stainless steel and produces a smooth consistency. The whole unit is easy to clean. I also the versatility of this unit where I can use it to store other food items.

Did not strain yogurt
I tried to strain homemade yogurt and after 6 days of sitting it did not strain out any whey.

Yogurt strainer for home use is very well made
This yogurt strainer is a nice tool for home use. It is small, and the mesh is very fine, and the whole thing seems to be well constructed and solidly made. It is easy to use, and easy to take apart to clean. It comes with a small booklet of instructions and overall it appears to be a very nice tool.
