I bought this to make lemon and lavender cupcakes. There are tiny sticks and stems all throughout the flower buds. I picked as many as I could out of the bigger pieces but I'm worried how these cupcakes will turn out considering the stems can be bitter.

Lots of health benefits in burdock root. Doesn't have much smell or taste, I use it in a tea blend and you'd never know it was there. It used to grow all around here, but I had to buy it this year. However, I don't have to dig it, clean it, dry it or chop it up, so I think it's a good value. It's a lot of root, and will last a long time. It's chopped fine, seems quite fresh, and it's a whole 16 ounces. That's a lot of health-giving tea.

Bought to bake with, and now I'm not sure, since they didn't specify. Only English lavender should be used for baking, so I guess I'll just use it for sachets. (sigh)
