I have been watching these sauna blankets for a while. Wondering if they were any good, especially for my fibromyalgia and back issues. The answer is a resounding. Yes, yes it is. I have yet to turn it up high enough to do the detox part even though I plan to next time I do a detox bath, but putting it on a lower heat and then sliding in is like having a heating pad on your entire body all at the same time. I just rolled it out on the bed slid in it. Put my head on the pillow and watch TV. It was amazing. I would give it six stars if I could

This is a really great alternative to the full size saunas Ive been looking at. I have been debating whether to purchase a walk in sauna but really could not find a inconspicuous space in my family room nor did I want to put it in the garage. So glad I found this sleeping bag version. I was dubious at first because I really didnt think it would have the same effect but this really felt very relaxing and warm. I would describe it as a weighted blanket without the chest constriction of the heavy blanket. It heats up very very quickly which at first I got a little concerned, but the controls are very responsive and I really did get a good sweat very quickly. An added bonus is that your head sticks out from the bag so you dont have to struggle breathing like I do sometimes at the gym sauna. Overall, Im very happy and cant wait to start using this multiple times each week.

This blanket is amazing!! I wasn't sure it was going to do it for me.. but I have used it almost every day since I received it. It does get hot! So, make sure you wear long pants and sleeves.. and socks. I also put a light towel under me. My clothes are soaked when I get out!

Okay love this sauna !!!! I’m someone who works out at home soo no gym for me and getting this sauna at home makes working out at home 10x better it’s literally a sauna in your home and let me tell you this thing gets HOTTT .. i laid it right on my bed and it worked perfect !!! definitely a great buy !!
