Size is compact and fits well in my microwave spot. Very easy to use with the stylish hand and clip that opens it. Heats very well! Its not too loud but loud enough to let you know when your item is ready. This seems like its of good quality its just my 2nd day of using, so lets see. So far it works well and it does what is 'spose to do.

My kids and I love this microwave! It fits perfectly on my counter area where I had my last one, it's beautiful and stylish. Easy to use and DOESN'T come with that annoying "quick cook" setting (we just can't stand that although many people like that option which is fine, to each their own) . We love the *crisp* option on it, works great for reheating pizza, fries, breaded chicken and really anything that should be on the crispy side versus soggy. I love the easy touch screen and the fact I can lower/turn up the "finish" sound. The inside is NOT plastic which I'm so happy about because our last microwave was and stains plus smells just stick around and are so hard to get out but, this one is super easy to clean in and out. It comes with a beautiful glass turn plate for inside and a sturdy door handle instead of the button push to open (which the kids and I don't like those, we prefer the handle but, again to each their own). The price is a little spendy for the unit size in my opinion but, this microwave is still well worth it due to the beautiful design, stylish display screen, great interior lighting, option choices AND the fact that it has an energy saver built in for the display screen (only the clock stars illuminated when not being used, the rest of the display goes into sleep mode). All in all I am beyond happy and will be buying my older kids one for their new place.

After using this for a week, I can say it performs great and looks fine. It heats stuff up faster than my last Emerson.FYI, I use it mostly for tea, soup and the occasional melting of chocolate. It does a great job on all, though I have to use shorter heat installments for the chocolate so as not to burn it. The mirrored front is a minus for me as it is a canvas for fingerprints, especially around the door handle. The child proof latch is not an issue. They send all kinds of info on how to disable it, which I did right off the bat. I really like the simple, large number pad and intuitive power and time setting features. So far, I'm very happy with this microwave and can recommend it highly if you are okay with fingerprints.

Works great. Small and perfect form factor. Sits atop my fridge. The only gripe I’ll note is the power. For some reason, when I cook ramen in this microwave, on others I use the recommended 3:30mins. However, on this machine, I have to double that to achieve the same results. This is quite annoying, but I’ve gotten used to it.Moreover, I’m trying to get the “mute” feature to work as I heard that’s a selling point but I haven’t had the need to use it. I guess I can look it up somewhere someday.

Easy to use. Small scale microwave. I don’t use them much. Mostly for reheating. It’s very straightforward to use. Takes up minimal counter space which I like. I got the black color as my appliances are black. Great value for price and size.

I can turn off beeping!!?? Had me hooked from the moment I read that! I hate the 5 beeps of a microwave! Good size does the job as expected. The interior handle lift to open takes some getting used to but I'll trade that for no beeping! But i tend to forget my coffee in there cuz there are no beeps! But I care not.. annoy-less microwaving for all! Ban the beep!!

Microwave works great for our families needs. It's small enough it doesn't take up too much counter space but large enough to warm up a large plate of food. To open the door you have to squeeze a trigger at the top of the handle, I wasn't aware of this at first so I initially thought the door wouldn't open. Just know that isn't the case of you buy this product make sure you look for the trigger on the top of the door handle.

works great. I like using the different power levels. Small but big on performance. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.
