Amazing quality for the money (updated after 1 week of riding)
This is my first electric bike. I've had motorcycles for many years, and wanted this just to get some exercise, and get around town more in the summer without always driving or Ubering. This bike is very refined for the money, in my opinion. It has quality Shimano components - the disc brakes are great as are the gearing and shifting. The tires seem grippy, and the overall build quality of the bike seems very solid. I see impressive welds across the frame, and even though it's foldable, it feels like one solid piece frame when riding. The electric power is very smooth. In throttle-only mode (no pedal assist), it's a very smooth and non-abrupt start. Brake assist mode is seamless and very adjustable. As someone new to electric bikes, it took me just a few seconds to understand how this system works. It is very intuitive to an average bike rider. All that said - I have only used this bike for a few days. I will follow up in a month or two. But I am impressed with how it arrived as well. Super sturdy box, and a setup so easy that it took me under an hour. Expect to (as with any bike) tune the brakes a bit with just standard tools. If you're not accustomed to adjusting brakes, any local bike shop will understand this as all of the components seem to be off-the-shelf quality Shimano parts. The battery seems quite beefy - and after riding 4 miles today, it still shows I have a nearly topped off battery.I highly recommend this bike.UPDATE: After 1 week of riding and 75 miles on the odometer: I really love the bike. I didn't get full potential from the battery until learning the first charge should be 12 hours (not when the charger light turns from red to green...but a full 12 hours). This conditioned all the cells, and the bike is super peppy and has great range. I highly recommend buying good chain lube (such as Liquid Wrench Chain Lube or Tri-Flow). Everything runs nice and smooth with that. I tweaked the brakes by adjusting the cables at the wheels, and all is perfect now. I do highly recommend replacing the stock hard seat, however. I purchased a Serfas "Cruiser on Rails" sprung, gel seat on Amazon, and it is worlds better. Finally, I needed to contact customer support as my front light wire was broken on arrival. They immediately replied and the problem is solved. AAA+++ for responsive customer support on this nice little bike!

Still Going after 3 Years/3000 Miles
I got this back in 4/2021 and use it as a daily commuter during the week at the office, for friends that want to ride with me on my other ebike, and for shipping to vacation spots so I can get around easily without having to worry about parking/ride shares. It folds down to 35" x 25" x 15" and is only about 35 lbs without the battery and seat, so it's easy to throw in the back of my small SUV for camping trips without taking up too much space. While I greatly prefer the power, speed, comfort, and battery life of my larger, more expensive fat tire bike when riding near home, this one excels at being a compact and durable bike with good battery life for the weight and size, especially if you use pedal assist vs. throttle only. On the subject of pedaling, it's also one of the easier ebikes I've used to pedal, considering its lightweight and seven-speed shifter.

Don’t buy!!
Customer service is horrible. I’ve had trouble with the battery cutting out And they were unwillingly to honor the warranty and replace the battery. Do not buy this bike; they do not stand behind their warranty.

220 miles! Hard to beat quality for the price!
First of all I'm a retired tech. Who worked on anything with wheels including E-bikes, Motorcycles, Scooters for over 30 years. I also have heart disease and needed something I could get in shape. Purchased 2 of them and we take them camping and use around the house. When purchasing an E-bike I spent quite a long time researching. What I found out is some bikes have a lot of features, but low quality parts. This bike fits the need for quality, function and price. The tires are premium (a big deal on the trail!), the wheels are premium double walled, the battery is 800 charges instead of 400 like most E-bikes, 2 of them fit in our CRV folded it is tight but works, The seat will need replaced not comfy for most, The rear rack is super handy, front shocks are nice, did a medium dirt park trail and surprised us both, motor is more powerful than the gears could use a couple more gears but I'm old and 20 is fast enough, at the campgrounds we have compared them to the Lectric, Sonoma, and we still feel this is the best deal in an E-bike and at the current price a super deal! It is well worth the money for you health.

Highly recommended! Excellent bike!
I've had the bike now for 2 months and am very happy with it. Compared to others on the market, having 500W power and 48V battery storage is a big plus. Bike rides very smooth, averages 15-17 mph. The battery lasts about 24-26 miles without pedaling; that's with both uphill/downhill roads. I had to change out to a wider seat because the original was too uncomfortable. The brakes screech a lot because of weight ratio, so I will have to get that adjusted or replaced. The 20 inch tires are a little small and makes the bike unsteady sometimes, but of course smaller tires gives you better mileage and maneuverability. If you're using it for offroading, I would get the big wheels. I love that the bike folds in half, has a basket holder in the back, and has a built-in front light connected to the main battery. The charging is fast, 6-8 hours. Assembly is very easy, I had one issue with a broken tail light, but it was eventually rectified by the seller.Recommended: Only use a "U" lock for the frame, and always lock up the front tire. Change to a wide seat, and get a rear-view left mirror.
