I purchased these in addition to the Now brand's almonds and pumpkin seeds. I love them because they're all organic, unsalted and un roasted, if I want to salt & roast them for a special meal I can, but these are fully nutrient dense in they're raw form which is awesome for all they're health benefits. These are the best price on the market for organic and from a trusted brand. NOW brand had been selling products through the health food channel for years and their supplements and other products never fall short on quality. These are available at a decent price and they even accept SNAP/EBT for payment :)

In full disclosure,,I ate this entire bag within 3 days. Now I’m looking for a bigger size. The taste of these cashews are so nutty and soft.

Unlike salted and processed nuts that just make you want more after eating a handful, the NOW Foods Raw Organic Cashews satisfy after a single serving. They're substantial without much of a crunch, and taste delicious yet healthy with a buttery texture. You experience the essence of the nut without the distraction of oil and salt. I love salted and roasted cashews, but these just seem to hit the sweet spot of flavor and nutrition. There's just everything to like about this mood-boosting food, including the price. Sure, you get some halves and bits in the bag, but for the most part they are good sized, whole cashews. ~ Kort

While these cashews aren't as rich or buttery as expected, they are pretty decent for snacking or topping salads and stir fries. I don't know if it's the seller or the product specifically, usually NOW Foods nuts and seeds are better quality. The cashews are quite flavorful, but in a somewhat mild way, typical to raw nuts. The cashews have a little crunchy, while being softer than other nuts; but I have totally had more buttery cashews. Most of the cashews are whole, some halves and bits. This bag wasn't the freshest possible, but the cashew weren't stale. Like most nuts and seeds I store them in the freezer and they maintain their quality. While I like that the NOW Foods bags are recyclable through Terracycle, they aren't good quality. The ziploc tends to break easily, so I usually transfer them to another container or use a bag clip to seal the bag.

These are excellent un roasted raw cashews with no salt. They are heatlhy to eat for a variety of reasons - check into it if that is important to you. I especially like that they arrive soon, are reasonable in price, and taste wonderful too! I am a return buyer because I am a satisfied buyer.
