Very surprising
I am a heavy side sleeper & have tried the usual headbands & in ear headphones (Beats Flex) ect then I came across these. WOW AMAZING can finally have a full nights sleep without ear pain these ear phones are so comfortable to wear all night. The sound quality is good & noise cancellation an option with ear buds & I can’t hear the tv in same room if listening to a podcast. The soundcore app is also easy to useEasy to connect via Bluetooth & ease of charging via the case & in the soundcore app you can see % of headphones & case.Yes expensive but if I add up how much I have spent on previous sleep earphones I Wish I Had Found These First !! I have already recommended these to friends

They fixed most of my nights, as a insomniac light sleeper who listens to music!
I have chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia. I cannot bear lying for hours in pain in silence with my mind racing. I'm used to using apple wired headphones to sleep as they fit best in my ear and give great sound fidelity to me. They're also under £20, and thank god, because they nor airpods are built to last.Someone on Twitter, a friend of mine actually, recommended these when I asked about people who slept with music/earphones. Wired ones always get tangled, and even if you did risk airpods, their battery life is awful and earwax would break them beyond warranty. I'm so glad I gave them a chance. Finally I can fall asleep and turn over as much as I need without needing to solve a wire puzzle. The headphones last JUST long enough if you somehow get a full 8 hours, with some room left over. They charge quickly, as I found out at 1am in a panic. Normally I hate gel earbuds and they never fit? These ones? Perfect out the box. Come with natural noise cancellation which is great for sleep.I don't bother with the app. The product is still worth it just for night music listeners like me. The sound quality is a couple of notches below apple airpods/wired headphones imo, but better than most wireless headphones I've used. I didn't even get these on sale, but it was worth it at full price.

Using earphones meant to block noise should not be that complicated
Using earphones meant to block noise should not be that complicated. You need to put them in a sleep mode for over half an hour for them to create a noise profile, and that is not possible, because the earphones keep disconnecting. Although they are very comfortable and I imagine sleeping in them would be comfortable, I think the fact the sleep mode means it plays a random noise track instead of just cancelling noise, is a bizarre choice for the design. Anyone looking for noise cancelling to be able to sleep isn't really looking for this. The mode is automatic so whenever the earphones think you're asleep or when they disconnect from your phone, they will play the noise track. First of all, that could wake you up, especially when you're a light sleeper; 2nd of all, I didn't expect something like this to happen with earphones meant for sleep. I thought maybe you could just use some tracks in the app for unwinding before you fall asleep, what sure you can do, but then this shouldn't play when you're asleep. Your ears work when you sleep, there's no way you're getting rest with the music directly in your ear all night. And it seems like the noise masking feature is just adjusting the loudness of this track, which is completely missing the point, I can do that with regular earphones. Now, coming back to the noise blocking feature. I think this is a really bad choice to sacrifice active noise cancelling for this questionable noise profiling that uses the microphone in your phone that will either turn on or not. Also, that makes two devices use power and you need to charge more, and use more power to keep them up in the long run... It's not so efficient. The earphones have no internal microphones to block the noise themselves and blocking noise manually just via the earphones being in your ears doesn't make much difference compared to any other earphones that don't have ANC or simple earplugs that cost fraction of the price of these earphones. I think this is a bad tradeoff with these, especially that the sound library for pre-programmed tracks isn't that good. Some of the tracks for focus e.g. are the same as other tracks meant for unwinding. Any meditation app will have better options. It would be better if the earphones had simply a sine wave generator with presets instead of default music. Also, the sound quality is not good on these, and compared to other Anker earphones I have. They are also much quieter, so not great for listening to music.Ah, and they're not white as the description says. They're beige which is not a bad colour, but that's just not what the description says. Too bad I have to send them back, I was hoping to be able to use them around the clock for being comfortable, but they're just frustrating to deal with.

best I've tried yet, but not perfect.
These do not drown out my wife's snoring completely. Not sure God could do that at this point. Though if she's reading this, I wouldn't say no to some divine intervention!!Listening to music, they aren't any better than any others I've tried for sleeping and to be honest, probably a bit worse for drowning out the snoring. I was able to put together my own sleep sound using the options in their app though, and that goes a long way to helping. Not perfect, can still hear it but most of the time it's enough. As far as comfort though, I'd say they are hands down the most comfortable I've ever tried sleeping with and I have tried a bunch of different ones.

Best sleep ear buds
Having tried multiple types of ear phones/sleep buds, I have found these to be the best. Sound quality is good and the battery lasts long enough to keep playing all night. The fit very nicely, inside the ear and are unnoticeable while wearing. I sleep on my side and have not had any problems with comfort while laying on the pillow. They block out majority of external sounds, but not all.I would say they are very good value for money and would definitely buy again.

Better than Bose!
Better than Bose! More comfortable, excellent noise (snoring) cancellation, I love that I can go to sleep listing to a podcast then my snore cancelling noise kicks in when I’m asleep. Highly recommend
