Red light does not work.

I bought this product, received it with all its parts. Read all instructions, followed them, but for some reason the red light does not work at all.

I only see green light. unfortunelty I cannot return it as I do not live in USA.

No results after months of using as directed

What a waste of time, I really really hoped it would work, but saw absolutely no change (110 lbs woman, so no excess weight & i exercise).
