If you are wondering whether or not you should buy this tool, do it! I spent a few hours with a flat head trying to remove races from trailer hubs that probably haven't been serviced in 10 years. This tool got them out in minutes. Worth every penny.

I work on a lot of “stuff” and living in California I didn’t realize how handy an air hammer was until I started watching South Main Auto on YouTube. I already owned a Snap-On air hammer but had limited bits. I was coming up on a trailer bearing job and decided to buy this 14” remover to see if it was worth the hype. I have fit my whole life used a hammer and a punch to drive races out. This is one of those purchases that humbles you. You go through life thinking you know a thing or two, and then you realize you have MUCH to learn. I have never seen bearing races depart a hub so quickly than using this tool. I wasn’t sweating. My hand wasn’t messed up. I wasn’t even dirty. It felt like cheating and I’m perfectly okay with that. If you have an air hammer and need a good long punch, this is it. This company makes dang good stuff. Now a year later and after much abuse, this tooo looks just as good as the day I got it. 200% recommended!

Saved my bacon on a bad wheel bearing. Motorcycle bearing was completely apart down to the inner race, which i couldn't remove without this tool. Good length and strong, grabbed the inner race edge and with a little heat and a couple hammer strikes, took it right out. Definitely recommend. If it worked on a busted bearing it will definitely work on a good one. Great for the price and straight forward to use.

This is the tool that makes knocking out bearing races/cups easier. Especially on races that have very little lip to catch on. If you have several to do, get this punch. Sure beats trying to use a standard punch, or grinding a chisel, or using a screwdriver. The length makes it easier to control over a regular punch as well. Work smarter, not harder.

It just works. And it can reach through a steering stem. Worked better than a bearing extraction tool. 10/10, would recommend this to anyone who needs to knock old bearings out. It also holds its shape even with very very stuck old bearings. Those old bearings ruined a couple steel drifts before I got this. This tool knocked them right out.

Love these bearing race punches. Snap-on rebrands these as their own. Exact same as the snap-on version at a third of the price.

Always a struggle to get bearing races out. This punch with an oval head and a good length will make it easier. It looks to be quality at a good price for a US item in Australia.
