I tried this without thinking too much about it, but it blew me away with how good it is. I can eat a ton and feel great when taking these at the start of the meal. My weight has been climbing since I started these so I feel like it's helped turn the food into a more digestible and usable form. Very impressed and happy.

The supply given with the bottle is pretty sparse; if you take it as recommended; which is 2-3 pills with each meal; and you eat 3 meals a day; that means 9 pills a day, and with a 90 day supply, that gives you 10 days of pills per bottle.That being said, for the time I’ve been taking this, I’m pretty impressed with its effects. The flatulence is incredible but that helps to relieve the gas pain that tends to follow large meals for me. The bloating has been significantly reduced, and therefore the pain relief is legit.I like the effects so far, I’m just sad there is not many days in a bottle.As for the pills themselves, they are pretty standard size for capsule supplements. No offensive odor and no discernible taste, either while taking them or as an after taste; I definitely appreciate that.They are worth a shot, and if you eat only one meal a day, it could last you a decent while lol.The help with digestion and therefore regularity has definitely boosted my energy. I battle with my gut constantly so whenever I find something that helps it out, I aways give it a try.
