Okay, so I gotta say this little voice recorder seriously surprised me! I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered it because it’s tiny like smaller than a lighter but oh man does it pack a punch. I’ve used it a few different ways now during a meeting (because my brain forgets everything five minutes later), when I was brainstorming ideas in the car, and even for some family storytelling at dinner just for fun. This does NOT voice activate . It only locks when you turn to off then on . In order to record you have to slide it to record but it does not voice activate. It has a function to set as voice record but it is not working. It works otherwise but not voice activate . It just starts recoding and I need it to only record when voice activates it. Bummed

With reading these instructions it tells you exactly how to use this.. it holds multiple recording which is cool. Make sure you keep the manual. I would reccomend. It doesnt record from far away but close up crystal clear. Nifty small little product . Its very small and discreet. It can go in a small pocket. Easy to use.
