Good quality.. will fit sizes medium to xl. Soft, Very comfortable, very stretchable and easy to wear. I had a caesarean section and the upper border overlapped the stitch line and did not irritate it. Suitable for use with maternity pads of another company' as well as these pads are generally large and do not move much anyway. Regular pads do not stick to these and move a lot. These are good for the first 7 to10 days or if u are mostly on bed rest for some reason or bleeding a lot and don't want the hassles of washing regular underwears.

It is very soft but the worst thing is that pad can not stick to it

It's very useful immediately after delivery where we can't wear underwear due to stiches if C-section and even can't wash it...these are simply disposable after use... But these are intended only to use as underwear where we have to use pad for the flow. These can't absorb the flow... The important thing is the pad doesn't stich to these ones even though the name mentions it is pad fixator.. But the pad dont move after wearing... Material is very nice and is strechable.. So i dnt have issue with size.. I use maternity pads with these pad fixators which is a nice combination

They are good for postpartum bleeding but the pad doesn't stick to it. The whole point of disposal panties is to get the pad stay in its place which it doesn't.

After a lot of research I got newmom disposable pad fixator. Its very comfortable to use after delivery. Its must have for all new moms best used with newmom maternity pads. But it is very costly and amazon should deliver one piece. I was forced to buy 3 quantities as minimum
