Slate tastes great; pricey, but at least don't get bad for you stuff! in it
SLATE Milk, with 42 grams of protein, is SO convenient and it tastes good too! Their Latte's are also good, with 20 grams of protein and 2 cups of coffee worth of caffeine to help get you going. Both the vanilla and sweet cream are my favorites of the coffees, and both the chocolate like the mocha too (better than most chocolate flavored protein things) EVERYONE likes the chocolate and the vanilla flavored Protein shakes, and it's not just convenient but essential for sime in my family to get their minimum protein intake. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but they do use real MONK FRUIT to sweeten it, which isn't cheap. They do also use stevia, but it's not bad; I think the monk fruit helps, so they don't have to use as much stevia, which can have a less pleasant taste. For the price, I's think they could use ALL MONK FRUIT though, wouldn't that be nice? Would make it worth the price! A couple of cans were dented in my last shipment, but the product was okay.

Top of the Protein Shake List
I have tried several protein shakes, and this one is top of my list! It tastes good, no chalkiness, and low sugar. I have a sensitive stomach, and this does not give me any issues. Best after workout snack!

Great and filling
These taste great and there is a good variety of tasty flavors. I have been using these for meal replacement for weight loss and they are great because of the high protein and low calories. I find them very filling as well. I definitely will be buying more. This is one of my favorite protein shakes.

Good Source of Fast Protein for On-the-Go
My family really likes these protein drinks. They’re low in sugar and high in protein, have a nice enough test (though one finds them “a bit chemical” tasting. I think they’re quite tasty. I find that I have a lot of energy on days I drink them even if they’re not particularly filling. They’re on the pricey side, so if you’re able, try just one (sold individually at a grocery store) before purchasing a case. One note of caution: I did find one hard, white piece of what I’m assuming is unmixed protein in a can. Unpleasant, to say the least, and since then after gently shaking I pour mine into a glass.

Delicious!
Delicious! I've struggled to find a solid protein shake until now! It is smooth and light, and tastes like melted (but still cold) vanilla ice cream. I'm ready to order every other possible flavor and drink style from Slate.

Great protein content, unpleasant artificial taste
I have been on the hunt for a cheaper alternative to the core power elite drinks by Fairlife without sacrificing protein content. Fairlife has become too expensive for me to justify continuing spending the money on them and I came across these drinks by Slate! I have to admit whenever I began to taste the product it wasn't what I was expecting. The consistency is a little odd to me - it is advertised as a milkshake, but to me it actually tastes and feels like you are drinking thinned out pudding that hasn't set properly. I found the taste to be okay at first, but then it was immediately followed up with a strong artificial sweetener taste not long after I took a sip which I don't like. Not chalky though! That said, this is just my opinion and I think if the consistency was different I wouldn't mind as much. Back to the drawing board, nothing has beat core power in terms of taste, protein content and consistency for me. Pros: 42g of protein, cleaner ingredients, metal can so no microplastics, cheaper in price than Fairlife, zero added augar Cons: odd pudding-like consistency, lingering artificial aftertaste

Like a melted milkshake!
I saw an ad for this and immediately noticed “42 grams”. I wish it were cheaper, but I really don’t like spending money. However, if you’re going to spend the money, I highly recommend! This is by far the best (cleanest) tasting protein shake I’ve ever tried. There’s no chemical aftertaste, and it really does taste like a melted vanilla milkshake. Will definitely stay on subscription with this one.

Good item - bad availability
Great macros and decent taste. Availability was the main issue for me as I there was a point in time where I couldn’t purchase. At the time I was drinking one everyday so I had to find a plan B.
