I had earlier received a damaged product but I got on call with the customer care and I got the refund within 72 hours since I had used the COD option. I bought another bottle with the refund and I received a good packaged bottle. Now hopefully the product works properly.

I started using this product a month ago and started having hairloss badly. I lost 20-25% of my hair in a month, don't think its worth it. Very seriously thinking of stopping it. Looks like this is just another marketing scam and no result at all.
