Au début je me suis dit que c’était vraiment pas efficace car il n’y avait pas d’effet immédiat mais finalement je me suis rendu compte que ce gel faisait son job ! J’en prends en général 1 à 2 pour les semi-marathon et 3 à 4 pour les marathons. Ces gels donnent tout les apports nécessaires durant vos courses.

Consistenza ottima ed Effetto rapido
Ottimo gel. È digeribile, fa effetto piuttosto velocemente e ci si sente “in ripresa’. Non mi ha dato nessun fastidio alla pancia 😀 L’apertura è facile e veloce, la consistenza è “gelatinosa” e soprattutto non è troppo dolce. Consiglio per allenamenti e gare lunghe!
