I’ve bought a few different flaxseed oils on Amazon over the last year, but this brand has been my favorite! Fresh, good flavor (not too bitter.) will absolutely purchase again

My favourite oil to use when making thai rice, thai tofu and my thai coconut sauce! :-)

It's not practical to have every oil known to mankind in your pantry, and its frustrating to buy a specialty oil for a recipe only to use it once and have it go rancid in your cupboard. For this reason, I pretty much only have olive oil and a vegetable oil at any given time. But you will also always find La Tourangelle Pan Asian Stir Fry Oil in my cupboard as well because this is oil that can take plenty of heat while saving me time and tears chopping onion, garlic and ginger. I've been using it for years and love it. Ginger is great, but who enjoys peeling those odd shaped knobs? Then pain-stakingly grating them? Life's too short. The size of the canister usually lasts me about a year, and the metal can and tight fitting lid ensure the product stays fresh.

I agree with the other reviewers that the La Tourangelle Thai Wok Oil has a subtle flavor (more Thai basil than lemongrass). I find that it complements my coconut curry stir fry nicely and lends some additional depth to my Thai recipes. I notice this difference in flavor primarily in the meat that I cook with it. It seems to have a reasonably high smoke point, which is an essential feature for high heat cooking. Unfortunately, I cannot find this in my local grocery store, and Amazon rarely sends me an undented can. Despite this, I use this product regularly and list it as an essential ingredient when my friends ask for my coconut curry and thai basil recipes!
