At my age 49 comfort over major name brand!Very comfortable boots and lightweight, strong canvas top with a nice size toe box, not to wide or narrow. Love the fit and these also have a bit of style to then. I would definitely buy again... if they hold up for the year

I was looking for an affordable boot to keep at my hunting property. I found these and figured I would give them a shot although I was a little skeptical because typically you have to pay $100 plus for good boots. I put them to the test last weekend walking through the piney woods of East Texas and I was impressed. It was wet, muddy and very rough terrain in some areas. My feet stayed completely dry. They are lightweight offer good support and were very comfortable. They feel like a hybrid boot, like a mix between a high end running shoe and a durable boot. I will definitely buy this brand again.

They are quite stiff when new. The heel is also higher than expected, about 2" tall which gives more cushion I suspect. But it'll make me time to get used to the 2" height as all my hiking boots are around 1.25". Fitting varies person to person, I wouldn't have bought these if I tried them in the store.

I wear a size 12 in most shoes; Amazon suggested 12 accordingly. These were a full size too big so I'm returning them.
